In a blend every peptide shares the same water, so each draw holds all of them in the vial's ratio. On a U-100 insulin syringe 100 units is 1 mL, so 1 unit is 0.01 mL, whatever the barrel size. A 1 mL syringe has a line every 2 units; 0.5 mL and 0.3 mL syringes have one every unit.
