Reconstitution calculator

Pick your peptide and vial, add the liquid and the amount you want. You get the syringe units, worked the same way the books do it on paper, with the math shown. Blends of two peptides work too.

Free, no sign-up. Arithmetic only, done on your phone: vials you save stay in this browser and are never sent anywhere.

Picking a peptide fills in the vial size only; the amount is always yours. The amounts here are examples for the arithmetic, not recommendations. For education and research reference only; not medical advice.

    How it's worked

Two formulas cover almost every vial you will ever mix. These are the same steps as the lab math worksheet, with your numbers in them.

    1. Find the concentration: amount in the vial ÷ liquid added

    2. Find the volume: amount you want ÷ concentration

    3. Check it backwards

For a blend, the math runs on the first peptide. The second comes along in the same ratio as the vial: a 10 mg + 10 mg vial gives equal amounts of each in every draw.

    AmountUnits to drawVolume

Units = amount (µg) ÷ (concentration in mg/mL × 10). On a U-100 insulin syringe 100 units is 1 mL, so 1 unit is 0.01 mL, whatever the barrel size.
