The 12-Week Lab Planner: cover page, mixing checklist and a weekly page

What's inside.

  • Bench card — the sums, syringe sizes, mixing, storage and the water, on one page by the vials
  • Your 12-week plan — fill it in once: each peptide, its units per draw, how many draws a vial holds, which days, which weeks
  • Three four-week pages — cross out the days you don't draw, tick the rest, and a missed day shows at a glance
  • Vial log — one line per vial when you mix it, with the date it should run out
  • Vial labels — 30 per sheet (Avery 5160 or any 1 × 2⅝ in labels): peptide, mg, water, mcg per unit, units per draw, mixed and use-by dates
  • Questions and notes — for the next Q&A, and what you'd change after twelve weeks
The 12-week plan page A four-week check-off page

How it works.

  1. Plan once

One page for all twelve weeks: each peptide, the units per draw, which days. About five minutes.

  2. Label and log every mix

A label on the vial and one line in the vial log, the moment the water goes in. About a minute.

  3. Tick a box a day

One tick per vial on the four-week page. A missed day shows at a glance.

Questions.

What do I get?

A nine-page PDF, US Letter, ready to print at home. The download link arrives the moment checkout finishes.

How much work is it?

About five minutes a week. Plan the twelve weeks once, label and log a vial when you mix it, tick a box each day. Each form shows a gray example, so nothing needs explaining.

Do I need special labels?

No. The label page lines up with Avery 5160 or any 30-per-sheet 1 × 2⅝ in labels, and it works on plain paper with tape. On a small vial the label wraps past itself, so the writing sits at one end and the other end is left plain. Print at 100% (actual size). The PDF is US Letter.

Does it tell me how much to use?

No. The planner records what you decide. Every number in it is an example for the arithmetic, the same way the books show the math.

I already have the free reader kit.

The kit teaches the math. The planner is what you use every day for twelve weeks: a plan, daily check-offs, a vial log, labels and the bench card.

Pair it with the books.
